Maxwell Croake

Maxwell Croake is the Managing Director of A2Z Building Solutions, where he is responsible for overseeing company operations, business development, and client relationships across the organization. He leads the execution of service delivery, growth initiatives, and strategic planning to support A2Z’s commercial facility services portfolio.

Maxwell is actively involved in all aspects of A2Z’s operations, including sales strategy, in-house/vendor management, and day-to-day oversight of service performance. He works closely with clients and service partners to ensure scopes are executed efficiently and consistently, while supporting the company’s continued expansion across the Kansas City market.

Maxwell was born and raised in Kansas City and attended Rockhurst High School before continuing his education at the University of Kansas and Purdue Global. He is a lifelong Kansas City sports fan, with a particular appreciation for the Royals and Chiefs, and enjoys spending his free time on the golf course.
